../Staff
All of the Foundation’s past and
current activities have been carried out by volunteer members of the
Foundation. Currently, the Foundation does not employ any person or staff
(except those few professional services and products that are deemed
necessary by the Foundation). However, the Foundation does anticipate
hiring an executive director and other staff to assume the daily
administrative duties of the Foundation and the increased demand of its
expertise and programming.
Board of
Directors
The Board of Directors currently
exercises all the powers and authority granted to the Corporation by law.
The board currently consists of six members. This body is headed by the
President/Chief Executive Officer who is charged with running the daily
activities of the foundation. Further, the President is responsible for
developing the agenda for the Board and Membership meetings; assuring that
the organization pursues its mission consistent with its goals and
objectives; and assuring the accountability of the organization to the
interests of the Members.
